Cookie Based Picture Viewer
Cookie Based Picture Viewer is Unix compatible. This shows how to have a large collection of images displayed. It uses cookies to determine which picture to view. To set up - you will need to modify the javascript include file last_month.js anytime you add or remove images. All directories must be of the same name convention that is used in the example. All files must be p#.jpg and p#t.jpg All p#t.jpg files are 30 by 30 All p#.jpg files are recommended to be no more than 400 high, but there is no restriction. To add new images into the collection, just put the p#.jpg and p#t.jpg file into the directory, and then update the last_month.js file to show how many files are in that directory. When you create a new directory you must add a new variable into the last_month.js file and also update the last-month variable in that same file. If you use a begining month other than that which is in the code now, you must also change the cookie-js file (near the bottom of that file) to be the first month. This picture viewer was created for the simplistic nature of adding more images, and running completely on the client side.
