Unsubscribe link: Now you can put unsubscribe link wherever you want. 'Add unsubscribe link' option is disabled in account options page. You can choose which messages in your account will be contain unsubscribe link.

Loading signature from file. Let me offer you new useful option. If you tired to sign your letters or want easy change your signature in all your messages, you can save this as plain text files. Then you just need to put special tag like [LOADFILE_mysignature] in text of your message. This tag will be replaced by content of the file mysignature.txt. All personalization tags work in the templates too!
