This is a simple events calendar but with a small twist, after the scheduled date of the event, it automatically removes that entry. Very simple to setup and use.

| Outlook TabCal |
|
Have you ever wanted a way to make your Outlook calendar data more accessible? What about a way to integrate your calendar with the same look and feel into your web site? Outlook TabCal takes care of it all. As the name suggests, TabCal reads tab formatted calendar files. From Outlook, click File, Import and Export, Export to a File, then Tab Separated Values. Outlook will save your calendar in tab format. Either upload this file to your FTP server, or let TabCal fetch it from your hard drive once a day using File Transfer Protocol. You'll need an FTP server on your machine to have your calendar fetched automatically.. I have a free FTP server running on my computer, so I simply save the tab file to the anonymous folder. TabCal grabs this file daily, and saves it to the web server. There's also a smaller version of the script which you can insert on any page. This shows any upcoming appointments for the current day only. This can be implemented into your sidebar for a quick summary of what's going on today. NEW! - Now TabCal displays the data in regular monthly calendar format! I'm considering integrating this script with the Free/Busy Folder script.

| Free-Busy Folder |
|
If you use Outlook in a small office, you've probably wished more than once for a way to use the scheduling features. It just doesn't seem worthwhile to drop a lot of cash on the Exchange Server when there are only a handful of employees. There are alternatives which make use of IMAP folders, but these can be hard to deploy. Free/Busy Folder is a viewer program which allows you to remotely interact with your co-workers schedules. It has lots of great features like interactive time zones, searching for specific individuals, day-at-a-glance, and more. Take a look at how I implement this script for my office by clicking the [try] link below. If you would like to see another feature, please don't hesitate to ask.
