The Purpose of this Perl script is to convert a Netscape bookmarks file on the fly to a friendly webtree simulation. This program has to be run as a CGI to do it's work ... Check the example on http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/cgi-bin/tlbmp to get the idea.
