Welcome to the official Bugs Online website. The purpose of this website is to demonstrate and describe the capabilities and functionality of the Bugs Online system. Bugs Online was originally developed in 1997 to serve as the primary bug and issue tracking system to be utilized during a large development oriented project. However, soon after its implementation the project was scrapped and Bugs Online was never used there again. Since that time Bugs Online has been utilized for a variety of applications, and in a variety of environments where bug or issue tracking is necessary. The system is available free of charge in adherence to the "Open Source" initiative and The GNU General Public License (GPL). All that we ask is that if updates or enhancements are made, they be made available to other users of the system by notifying the project admin at sourceforge.net. The Bugs Online system is a very flexible and capable system for bug and issue tracking. Please feel free to browse through this site to become more familiar with the system and how it might be incorporated into your environment.
